The right partner for your project, in full confidentiality

NVBB Nederland, based in the Netherlands, presents West African projects to international groups: contractors, independent power producers, infrastructure funds, storage specialists. Your name stays confidential until a non-circumvention agreement is signed.

How it works

Eight steps, a written record at each one

From your request to the fee, each step leaves dated evidence: it protects your project and our fee. Your follow-up page and our e-mails keep you informed at each step.

  1. 1

    Your request

You present your project online and propose your fee. You then follow everything on your personal follow-up page.

  2. 2

    Review and agreement

We review the request and the partners that fit, then you sign the finder's agreement online. We contact no one before it is signed.

  3. 3

    Anonymous summary sent

The selected groups (contractors, producers, funds, storage) receive a summary without your name or the exact site. You are notified at each sending, without the group's name.

  4. 4

    NCNDA signed online

Each interested group signs a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement through a personal link. The signature is dated and sealed.

  5. 5

    Data room

The full file opens only after signing. Every document opened is recorded.

  6. 6

    Formal introduction

We introduce you in writing to the interested group, with a dated certificate sent to both parties.

  7. 7

    Final contract

You negotiate and sign directly with the group. We stay involved until the signature.

  8. 8

    Fee

The fee is only due on success, according to the terms of the finder's agreement. Each invoice refers to the formal introduction.

Who it is for

Two sides, the same rules

You lead a project

Company, public body or consortium in West Africa: you are looking for a technical or financial partner for an energy, infrastructure or industrial project.

  • Your name is only revealed to groups that have signed.
  • You follow each step and each group contacted.

You are a group

Contractor (EPC), independent producer (IPP), fund or storage specialist: you are looking for serious, prepared and documented projects.

  • An anonymous summary first, with no commitment.
  • The full file online as soon as the NCNDA is signed.
Fee

A fee tied to success

The fee is set in the finder's agreement: a percentage of the final contract signed with the partner, or a fixed amount, paid on the terms you propose in your request (on signature, when financing is secured, in milestones, with a cap…). It is only due on success, and each invoice refers to the formal introduction that made it possible.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most often

How does business matchmaking work?

In eight steps: 1. you submit your request online; 2. we review it, then you sign the finder's agreement online; 3. we present your project anonymously to selected groups; 4. each interested group signs a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement (NCNDA); 5. it studies the full file in the data room; 6. we introduce you formally, in writing; 7. you sign the final contract with the group; 8. the fee is invoiced according to the milestones in the agreement.

Is my name shared with the groups contacted?

No. Groups first receive an anonymous summary, without your name or the exact project site. Your identity is only revealed to a group that has signed the non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement online, at the formal introduction.

How do I follow the progress of my request?

Your follow-up page (link received by e-mail) shows each step, and you receive an e-mail when your file is presented to a group, when a group signs the confidentiality agreement, when a group declines and at the formal introduction. To protect everyone's confidentiality, these messages give the type of group (contractor, investment fund…), not its name.

Who chooses the groups contacted, and when?

NVBB Nederland chooses groups that have already delivered comparable projects, with the help of an AI analysis and after checking their references on official sources. No group is contacted before you have signed the finder's agreement.

What is an NCNDA?

A Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The group undertakes to keep the file confidential and not to bypass NVBB Nederland. It signs online through a personal link; the signature is dated and sealed, and the full file only opens afterwards.

What happens at the formal introduction?

We introduce you in writing to the interested group, with a dated certificate sent to both parties. You receive its details and the group receives yours. This certificate is evidence of the introduction: it protects your project and the fee set in the agreement.

When and how is the fee paid?

Only on success: when you sign a contract with a group we introduced to you. The amount and terms (on signature, when financing is secured, in milestones, with a cap…) are those of the finder's agreement. Each invoice is payable within thirty days.

Can I stop the matchmaking?

Yes. Before the agreement is signed, write to us from your follow-up page. After signing, either party may end it in writing with one month's notice; the fee remains due for a contract concluded with a group already introduced.
