Ordering and paying
How do I order a creation?
Add the creation to the cart, open the cart and click “Order”. The form has four steps: your details, delivery, billing, then confirmation with a summary. You pay at the end.
Open the pageWhich payment methods do you accept?
The payment method depends on the country you order from: Mobile Money or card in FCFA with Kkiapay in Benin, bank card in euros with Mollie (3-D Secure check) in other countries. The order summary shows the method used.
How do I track my order?
Enter the order reference (NVBB-ORD-…, NVBB-MBAE-… or NVBB-BAG-…) and your e-mail address on the tracking page. The reference is in the confirmation e-mail and on the invoice.
Open the pageDelivery and tracking
How much does delivery cost?
The price depends on the destination country and the parcel weight: PostNL for the Netherlands, DHL for other countries, La Poste du Bénin for parcels sent from Benin. The page “What will your shipping cost?” calculates the rate, which is also shown in the cart.

Open the pageClaims, withdrawal, new shipment
My parcel is damaged, lost or not as described: what should I do?

Open the pageHow do I withdraw from an order?
Use the online withdrawal form: find your order, check the pre-filled form and send it. You receive an acknowledgement with the PDF. The deadline and conditions are in our terms and conditions.
Open the pageMy parcel came back to you: how do I receive it again?
Request a new shipment online. We tell you the price, you pay by card, and the parcel leaves again with a new tracking number.

Open the pageHow do I pay for a training?

Choose the type of appointment, the topic, then an available day and time, and enter your details. You receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Open the pageBusiness matchmaking
How does business matchmaking work?
In eight steps: 1. you submit your request online; 2. we review it, then you sign the finder's agreement online; 3. we present your project anonymously to selected groups; 4. each interested group signs a non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement (NCNDA); 5. it studies the full file in the data room; 6. we introduce you formally, in writing; 7. you sign the final contract with the group; 8. the fee is invoiced according to the milestones in the agreement.
Open the pageIs my name shared with the groups contacted?
No. Groups first receive an anonymous summary, without your name or the exact project site. Your identity is only revealed to a group that has signed the non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement online, at the formal introduction.
Open the pageHow do I follow the progress of my request?
Your follow-up page (link received by e-mail) shows each step, and you receive an e-mail when your file is presented to a group, when a group signs the confidentiality agreement, when a group declines and at the formal introduction. To protect everyone's confidentiality, these messages give the type of group (contractor, investment fund…), not its name.
Open the pageWho chooses the groups contacted, and when?
NVBB Nederland chooses groups that have already delivered comparable projects, with the help of an AI analysis and after checking their references on official sources. No group is contacted before you have signed the finder's agreement.
Open the pageWhat is an NCNDA?
A Non-Circumvention and Non-Disclosure Agreement. The group undertakes to keep the file confidential and not to bypass NVBB Nederland. It signs online through a personal link; the signature is dated and sealed, and the full file only opens afterwards.
Open the pageWhat happens at the formal introduction?
We introduce you in writing to the interested group, with a dated certificate sent to both parties. You receive its details and the group receives yours. This certificate is evidence of the introduction: it protects your project and the fee set in the agreement.
Open the pageWhen and how is the fee paid?
Only on success: when you sign a contract with a group we introduced to you. The amount and terms (on signature, when financing is secured, in milestones, with a cap…) are those of the finder's agreement. Each invoice is payable within thirty days.
Open the pageCan I stop the matchmaking?
Yes. Before the agreement is signed, write to us from your follow-up page. After signing, either party may end it in writing with one month's notice; the fee remains due for a contract concluded with a group already introduced.
